Olivier Lamy is continuing to push out some of the finest gear in Burgundy, and this is right up there. This plot was thankfully spared from the frosts and incorporates some younger fruit from some of the Lamys' high-density plots. Zesty, baked, and buttered bread wrapped up by a seamless salinity that runs throughout. ABV: 13%
