Classic Vermentino, smells and tastes like summer by the sea. Salty, citrusy and lightly herbal. Someone told me this was too dry. It's Vermentino for fuck's sake. There's restraint here, which is positive. I'm suspicious of a wine with too much overt fruit, they're definitely trying to hide something. Make some Vongole and you're on here. ABV: 12.5%
