Vibe: Natural, textural

Intense in every sense! It's sunny in Corbières and you get that in the glass. Ripe fruits veering toward the tropical all cleaned up with some classic garrigue spice and crisp acidity. I really, really rate this. Plenty of minerality and saline stuff going on. Smells like it's gonna be powerfully fruity but it is so tight and moreish. A blend of Roussanne, Grenache Blanc and Marsanne. Fermented with wild yeasts, with no added SO2. ABV: 12.5%
