Above Meloisey just before you reach the forest is where you'll find these two stunning parcels. Due to their south-east exposure, they catch the morning sun, hence Aube, as in day break. Their highest parcels, they have been painstakingly worked since 2018 pruning them back hard to just 4 buds per vine. They now produce EXCEPTIONAL fruit. Traditionally, a terroir that favoured whites but here produces an ethereal, mineral-laden expression of Pinot that despite the heat of 2022 retains incredible freshness. Drinking beautifully now, this will reward the patient among you. Breathtaking stuff. ABV: 12%
