Fruit sourced from the Huon and Derwent holdings of the Lubiana family. Mixed source and mix ferment, with the Huon portion as whole berry and the Derwent as whole bunch. Things done gently and with great care. Its fresh yet tightly wound, aka needs some air, but what unfurls is a melange of red and blue berries, pomegranate and earthy, forest floor stuff. Pretty much everything you look for. Yum. ABV: 13%
